The temperature can be adjusted depending on the size of the poultry, up to a maximum of 100°C, using the practical digital display control panel for optimal use of the machine. Once the machine has reached your chosen temperature, simply place the poultry inside the tank and let it get to work loosening the feathers. Larger birds may need to go back into the machine for a few more seconds, making sure not to over-scald the poultry, until the feathers become loose for a quicker and easier removal.
